Early Access program
When you join the Early Access program, we collect the information you submit. We also track other data, for example, who invited you, who you invite and the license checks the Superengine application makes. We may use this data to send you, from time to time, emails related to Superengine or the Early Access program, to verify that you are authorized to use the application, and, for rewards, marketing or other uses related to the Early Access program. The processing of this data is done with your consent (as detailed in the Terms and Condition and the Software License Agreement) and in our legitimate interest.
Website analytics
We use Umami to collect usage data for the www.superengine.tech website. Umami anonymizes all data it collects. No personally identifiable information is stored. The processing of this data is done in our legitimate interest to gather usage data for our website.
Application analytics
The Superengine application periodically collects and sends techinal and usage data. This data may include, for example and without limitation, the CPU architecture of your device and the number of applications installed in Superengine. This data may be received with additional data such as your IP address. All of this data (the data sent and the additional data received) may contain personally identifiable information. Personally identifiable information may only be used for audience measurement, to understand the usage of the application, to improve the application, and, to secure our systems. The processing of this data is done with your consent (as detailed in the Software License Agreement) and in our legitimate interest.
Logs
Interacting with our internet facing software (such as browsing our website or running the application which may send data to our servers) may generate logs. These logs may contain personally identifiable information like your IP address and the pages you visit. We use logs to monitor our services for performance and security purposes. Logs are rotated which means that when the size of the logs reaches a maximum value, the old data gets deleted when new data comes in. The processing of this data is done in our legitimate interest.
What can you do about your personal data?
If you want to obtain a copy of, rectify or delete your personal data. Or, to restrict or object to the processing of your personal data. Or, to restrict automated processing for some decisions related to you, contact us. There may be situations in which we cannot perform your request.
